I have a question for anyone that may have information. I have CF and my 22 year old son is a carrier of DF508. He has had one ACL repair with his own hamstring and the second one done with a cadaver allograft. He was speaking to someone who has had an ACL repair twice, but the second time was not done with a cadaver graft because he was told patients with CF are not good candidates for cadaver grafts. Does anyone know anything about contraindications for allografts for patients that are CF carriers in ACL reconstruction. Thank you for any input.
