acne and CF?

I have horrible dry skin from my Psoriasis but from time to time get acne (I think its from Prednisone and other meds). On that note, if you care a lot, the Zeno (mini is pretty cheap) is good for regular (not cystic) acne.

I got one off eBay really cheap (less than Amazon). Another good product for acne that you can't pinpoint (like cystic or just a lot of acne) is the Astara Blue Flame Purification Mask. Its really expensive but it works really well, and for acne you can just do a spot or area treatment overnight.
