Me again...it should read ACTIVA or not? Has anyone tried the "14 day" activa challenge?

Do you mean the yogurt "ACTIVIA"? I've eaten it on occasion and its pretty good. I can't tell anything with my digestion, but am trying the activia challenge. I can't imagine it would help with our digestion issues... lol... but, its good for you anyway. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Are you doing it?

I'm not impressed with the Activia product. It's very, um..live. Which I guess is the point. I eat yogurt on a daily basis anyway and I use acidophilus milk when I bake, so I'm good to go with the active cultures in my diet.
