My son's home-IV in Maryland has been through "Nations Home Infusion" and he's had tobra, ceftazadime, and something else whose name I forget all administered via pressurized balls (though not of the exact same design as in your earlier photo). We were never given a choice of the balls or pump - we'd probably select the balls but they do run slower than the pump used in the hospital, especially for ceftaz which took all of 5 minutes in the hospital and a half-hour via the ball...its something to do with the design limits of the balls).
