I think I may be the only one who actually liked the taste of the chewable ADEKs! I personally don't like swallowing the gelcaps (I don't really know why though), but I actually enjoyed chewing the others. My nutritionist told me that those regular ADEK vitamins were being discontinued though for the gelcaps, so there may not be a choice for much longer anyway. I'm also having to take extra D and E.

I take the source cf gelcaps in the morning, and the chewable kid's vitamin at night (a little more vitamin D, plus they taste good!). I know that if I send in my form and a top off of the cf source (generic) colistin, I can get a free bottle of the gelcaps <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> .

I take ADEks at a night and "generic" multi-vitamin in the morning

You can order the Source CF vitamins and AquaADEKs from the manufactuar without a prescription. The source CF ones get to you QUICK....they ship DHL and I had them within 2 days
