Adult Cf doctor in Northern Virginia

I am the parent of a 23 year old with CF. He has recently moved to Northern Virginia and needs to find a physician. The CF Center at Inova Fairfax told him they do not see a lot of adult patients ( not exactly sure what that means). Apparently there is no adult CF center at Inova as I see an online petition about starting one at Inova (see http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/suppot-proposal-for-a-fairfax-hospital-adult/).

I would think John Hopkins in Baltimore would be your best best...I use the University of Virginia (Charlottesville) - I have been there my whole life from peds to current...The University brought on two new doctors a year and a half ago....they are the best I have ever had...I probably get some of the best care in the country....they are amazing.
