I use the 250/50 - Started it about a year ago. It does help me breathe easier when things are going well. When I've got a flareup I don't feel like it does much though. I like that it doesn't give me the shakes and other nervous side effects like some of the other inhalers do. ~J

I've been taking 250/50 for many years now. I have had quite an increase in my FEV25-75 because of it. But I had also started on Pulmozyme around the same time, so not sure if that had anything to do with it too. But I notice that I'm super tight when I forget to take the Advair, so I'm assuming it's helping me keep the inflammation down a lot. My spouse is an RT and says that Advair causes sort of a 'lung dependency', so when you stop it you usually notice a difference.

I've been using the 250/50 for a few years now. The Dr. started me on it when i started having symptoms of exercise induced asthma. It has helped a lot.
