Advair?

i've been on the Advair 500/50 for a number of years. it's one of the best things to help my asthma. i definitely notice if i miss a dose. (which rarely happens!)

that reminds me... how can you guys forget to take it? i set mine right by my toothbrush and use it right before i brush morning and night. no problem remembering to brush my teeth!

Ha ha, that's what I did too, to get in the habit! When I'm doing my Tobi, I put it on the kitchen windowsill. Thanks for reminding me, I've got to move it back to the bathroom <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> .

I love advair. It helps out so much. Its great because its a bronchiodilator and anti-inflammatory med. It doesn't have an immediate effect like combivent, but it lasts a number of hours instead. Awesome for before bedtime.

I have been on Advair in the past and it was not effective as much as I would have liked. I don't have asmtha with my CF. I've heard that it does help some with CF. You should ask you doctor and see what he or she thinks.
