i am well....we'll say prescribed advair. i am trying my hardest to remember to do it. you inhale it twice a day and i've had a hard time getting the swing of it. i guess cause i read the instructions that came with it and it tells you to either brush your teeth or wash your mouth out really well with water after you use it. i was on iv antibiotics and actually did the advair and i did notice a difference in my pft numbers. i think i just need to put it with all my other medicines. my doctor was actually the one who decided to put me on it. he wanted to prove a point a while back. he had me take in a deep breath and then blow it out really quick to show that i weeze a little bit at the very end, he said to me you have a slight weeze so i want to try you on this. i was like ok whatever.</end quote></div>

i have a hard time remembering mine to.

so i set up a reminder on my computer's calendar to pop up twice a day to remind me. i never forget it now.
