Advice for buying eFlow replacement pieces

I need new nebs for my eflow and don't know how to order them. Do I have to call the CFF directly? Mail my prescription?

Which company do you go through? Is it for Tobramycin or Cayston? I use IV Solutions and they send me replacement pieces as needed since I get both meds through them.
