JennifersHope, Glad to hear!! Having a good boss makes asking those "hard to ask" questions a lot easier, cause they're always willing to listen, first.

batteredNfried, glad I could help out with a few tips. I've been on both sides of the track, having a good boss (or two..only two, though), and having a boss from H*ll! I'm dealing with another nightmare, but with the experience from the worst nightmare for a boss, hopefully can handle this one better. I've had bad bosses, but the worst one was after spending almost 3 years working with him, I ended up quitting.
Anyway, hope what info you got, you can put it to your own use...good luck to your husband for making his work-load transition and finding that better job!
