Sorry - off topic - but the dog puke thing seems to happen a lot at my house. Use a dustpan and a big spatula instead. Then go with the towels.

Sorry - off topic - but the dog puke thing seems to happen a lot at my house. Use a dustpan and a big spatula instead. Then go with the towels.

Liza - I'm a bit squeamish about mucus in large quantities, too. I've gagged while doing "nose rinse" with Emily...when she gets the really big boogers out.

And, this past week a kid in my class (second grade) sneezed, didn't cover it, and a HUGE wad of bloody snot flew out and landed on the carpet. A huge nosebleed ensued, so I had to clean up the carpet while he was tended to by the nurse...iiiiiiccccckkkkkkk! It was really, really, really gross. I was gagging and trying not to let the rest of the kids see me. This kid has some emotional/developmental delays, and this is not the first time I"ve dealt with his, ummmm, bodily fluids. There've been days when I've thought that it's a good thing I'm a CF mom - otherwise this kid would have really freaked me out!!!

Sorry to be so gross...but I know you guys can handle it!
