Thanks guys. I have all the freezer packs that come with CFServices Pharmacy. I always save them cause they work great when its IV time. I have a soft cooler but its pretty big so maybe I will search for a smaller one that the box+ice packs will fit in.

I am planning on putting all my meds in one carryon so its easier on the security and customs (since its an international flight).

Thanks for the help!!!!!

I used the polarpac icepacks from CF Services Pharmacy on our last few flights -- put them in a lunch bag cooler and placed it inside my carry-on. Left for the airport very early in the morning, arrived at our destination late in the afternoon and it was still frozen. Hasn't been the case when I use those blue ice packs -- I've used those for a quick trip 1-3 hours and they don't last very long.
