Saveferris,

I didn't realize you take it also. I forgot that Dr. Warrick (sp?) also prescribes it. When I called the companies (makers of Intal and Dey) after it was discontinued, they told me not enough doctors ordered it. My doctor couldn't believe it. Then when I called Teva, the current manufacturer, they told me with the other companies out, it was possible for them to profit -- so they got back in.

In the interim, I tried the Intal spray. The chemical taste was so strong -- it was probably doing more harm than good.

Unfortunately I am not starting to feel asthma/inflammation set in, which totally stinks. Hopefully sleep and some good old fashioned nebbing will help.

I react quite violently to the histamine portion of allergy testing and it lasts for some time. Even having moved regions fairly often I acquire new allergies very quickly.

I will probably need to start wearing masks when I go outside but I find them uncomfortable and feel like I don't breathe well enough through them but I'm pretty sure given that my lungs aren't in horrible shape that I'm probably fine.

I will definitely have to do some research on the Quercetin complex! I also haven't used cromolyn in years but maybe that's an option we hadn't thought about.
