Allergies and shortness of breath

Hello.

Just curious for those of you who have allergies, do you have sob with them? Is it possible ONLY to have sob and no other symptoms from allergies?

The pollen counts are like 10X higher than "high" here right now and I've been sob lately, but no other symptoms like cough, runny nose, stuffiness, itchy watery eyes, etc. I was tested years and years ago and the only thing that came up on my allergy test was dust. But, we've since moved so the trees, pollens, etc. are different.

I don't know... Just curious if anyone else notices this?

Thanks,

Mel is right.

Definitely important to take an anti-histamine which treats 70% if your allergy issue, leukotriene in inhibitor which treats the only 30%, and make environmental changes to your house like keep the windows closed 100% of the time, HEPA filters, dust mite covers, etc.

Absolutely! Jordan and I are both experiencing this right now. The tree and grass pollen always causes asthma problems.
