What is it? I mean there is already inhaled and iv amikacin... is it supposed to be like TOBI (on/off)? I tried to get more info on cff.org but didnt really describe it there.

I have been on oral clarithromycin & inhaled amikasin for about 2 yrs now.. It seems to be doing the trick (praying) in keeping my myco bacteriem abbesses under control , ty God !!

I was told it was an inhaled antibiotic that you are on for one month and off for two months. It is lipsome encased so it gets to all the cells in your body and you do not pee out like the other antibiotics we inhale are water soluable so you pee some out.
