Hi Everyone, I just wanted to tell ya'll that Anna has gone back to college. She was so excited to go back to school and be back with her friends. She had her 6 month transplant appt. and all continues to go well. Although, I'm still waiting to hear final word about this last bronch. But she's back at school, living in a university apartment with one room mate. She started classes today. Third time's a charm!
I just wanted to let ya'll know how she was doing. Everyone was always so helpful while we were anxiously, impatiently waiting for that call to come in.
I have to say, I was nervous about her going back so soon but the docs were not. I told her I secretly hoped they'd say it was too soon and to wait another semester, but they did not. This is a good thing though.
Just thought I'd share.
