I'm glucose impaired so I'm cutting way down on sugars to help put off becoming cfrd.
When I work out or get overheated I can get dehydrated and feel light headed quickly (I'm sure the same for many of you too). One of my tricks has always been to make a glass of gatorade, from the powdered stuff, and it puts me back to normal pretty fast. I like the taste of it when I use a lot of the powder which means it's probably pretty high in sugar at that point.
Do you think it's okay to drink when I get to the super depleated stage? Or is that not a good idea and I just switch to plain water at those times?
Thanks!
