Another charting question

Jennifer: I just wanted to wish you the best of luck! I hope for you that it happens sooner rather than later. The longer it takes to conceive, the more discouraging it gets. I used the OV tests for 5 months straight, all but one month I had positives for 2-3 days. I would get my hopes up so high since I made sure to "baby dance". Then disappointment would hammer me into the wall with each period. I got so pissed off and hurt that I eventually stopped using them. Plus, I thought why waste the money? I knew when I ovulated because I would get severly bloated and sick to my stomach for those 2-3 days. I really wish the best for you! Also, I'm glad you like the book!

Caroline: I was giggling/smiling when I saw your chart. I thought, "I wonder how long it took her to figure out how to post it?" It's pretty neat. You didn't have a triphasic or anything like it. What made you test at 10 dpo? You didn't really have any symptoms? If I had that chart, I most likely would have waited until my period was due to actually check. What was the difference between Day 10 and Day 13? Just curious... I noticed that your lows did go higher over time but still...Honestly, I would have missed it. Did FF tell you to check and see? Thanks for sharing!

It took me about an hour to figure it out Too long. I tested at 10 DPO because I know some women get + that early if you implant early enough. Plus my luteal phases were usually around 10 days so I thought why not. FF didn't suggest it at that point. I think I implanted pretty late (around 9 dpo) and thats just based on when I got my +. My first official BFP was 13 dpo but I got the faintest line ever 12 dpo. I could see it if I held it in the right light at the right angle, LOL. And that was with a FRER. I had a cheap internet test read BFN that day. But at 13 DPO both the FRER and the cheapo were definitely positive. Maybe I just like peeing on a stick. After I got the official BFP I probably peed on another 10 tests, LOL. I had them so why not I liked watching the line get progressively darker. And now that I'm nearing ovulation I've been peeing on at least 2 OPK a day.

Jennifer - No problem. Great that you're already reading the book. Very interesting isn't it? I have a degree in biology and I never knew most of that stuff before I read the book. It really opened my eyes as to how my body works and my knowledge will now let me know if any problems develop with my cycle.
