Another Post Made Me Think Of This

I've done research for the University of Penn here in Philadelphia because that is where I will go when/if I decide to do tx. The stats are good, though I have heard they treat you more as a number than a person.

I got my transplant at Stanford! They are AMAZING! They also have a short wait period and the region theyre in has the highest procurement rate.
The doctors there are great though and they really teach you everything there is to know and even after you are done and have moved out of state, halfway across the country...they still talk to you and keep track of everything thats been going on. They never forget you.
