Actually, my cultures did say my current bugs are sensitive to merrum, so that's why it makes no sense. The only thing I could think is that the bugs that are causing problems didn't show up in my culture and perhaps those are the ones that aren't effected by merrum?

I am sort of feeling a little better.... not as much green stuff coming up, since starting the cefepime. However, I was awakened this morning with a productive cough (maybe a good sign??)
