I used my Vest the whole pregnancy even during labor. I hate missing a treatment LOL
If only I could say the Vest would bring the baby faster at the end...quite the contrary I was in labor for 36 hours. Water broke at 3am on a Monday morning and I delivered Tues. at 2:12 in the afternoon.
I didn't have an issue with stamina due to exercising during pregnancy and fantastic lung health.

When I was pregnant with my son (he's 2 now), I used my therapy vest right up until the end. It wasn't always so comfortable because you feel like a whale being squeezed, but it did the job. This time around I was proactive and ordered a larger vest size for when I'm at my biggest. Until then, I just gradually adjust the straps as I grow.
