What are different combinations of antibiotics that is taken when pseudomonas is cultured? Also what is the length of treatment? Do you take antibiotics everytime you culture it or just when you become symptomatic?

I take antibiotics only when I am symptomatic. Cipro and Tobra is the combo I do for PA. 2 weeks of Cipro, and either 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off of Tobra, or one month on, one off of Tobra.

My IV cocktail is 3 different antibiotics that consist of tobramycin, meropenum, and ceftaz. The only time I take them is when I am symptomatic (really bad). Otherwise, I am not on anything prophylactically.
