Any Adults at the Seattle or Portland Clinic

We jsut moved here and I am trying to get established at a clinic. Seattle hasnt put the best outlook towads me but who knows. I am about 60 miles from seattle and 120 from portland. I could really use some advice good and bad from people at both clinics.
