any alternates to sugar filled pedialyte

We live in phoenix, arizona and the weather is getting quite yucky....115 with 11% humidity. I am very hesitant to give him pedialyte or any of the generics because of the added sugar. Ethan Sky's nutritionist wasn't very helpful in giving any alternates. I have seen products like smart water and powders that you just add to water, but i don't know if they are as beneficial for hydration. If i have to, i will give him the pedialyte but my goal is no added sugar until he is 2 years old and we have 8 months to go...
Please help,
Ethan Sky's Mom

Please email me. I can help you. I have found a great drink for hydration that contains much less sugar and definatley healthier. Plus a number of other products to help boost calories and protein.

Check out Reliv. It has worked wonders for us. You can use the Innergize alone in water (there are several flavors) as a hydrator/electrolyte balancer, superior to Gatorade. Make sure Ethan is well-hydrated before you use other supplements because dehydration causes your body not to be able to absorb nutrients well. Email me if you need help.
