Is that a book? or online? Im very interested. How do you do it with 2 kids?Do you run at night once your husband gets home? I definitely need to get my act in gear. I wanna feel good!</end quote></div>

It is an online program. I haven't paid to be part of anything, jut followed the schedule listed. I think the point of it is to start really slow, even if you think you can go faster or longer. It keeps you from over-doing it, or burning yourself out. I started with walking for 10 min a night....and after slowly increasing it over 2 weeks, I then started the program schedule. I just take my time and listen to my body.

I do it right after I put my kids in bed- about 8:30 every night. I wake up before them every morning and do my treatments and run for a few to move the junk! I actually don't mind it and **gasp** even look forward to it sometimes!!<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml">couch to 5k</a>

I figured I would add**

I do have problems maintaining weight, so I top off each run/jog/walk with a few Ensure Pluses and/or something high calorie.

I have noticed my appetite has increased in a good way over the past few months as well!

Good Luck!

Do you have a facebook? I would love to stay in touch with you!

Mine is under Christina Sommers (Sammons)
