Any others with additional conditions/illnesses?

I was just wondering if there are any others that have additional conditions with their CF. I know that diabetes is common, but my adult daughter also suffers from RA and Bi-polar. Some days she doesn't "feel" like taking care of herself - and she goes "down-hill" fast from there. I would also like to talk with other moms of adut CF'ers...some days I just don't know when/how/what to do...anyone else have those days?

I am not aware of bi polar being "linked" with CF per say. I just know that having any chronic illness will make you vulnerable to mental health issues. Its the nature of the beast. Osteoperosis is linked with CF . Arthritis & some other things that my brain is not remembering. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy 1 year after being diagnosed with CF. Is there a link? No ...none, but the meds or something might have triggered the seizures or it was just timing. We will never know for sure.

Hearing loss, but that's due to medications [for the CF] rather than genetics.
Also been tentatively diagnosed as having social anxiety disorder, but again that's due to a lot of medications making me paranoid.

I have CF, Addison's disease, high blood pressure, CFRD, vasospastic angina, High intraoccular pressures which equal borderline Glaucoma, cataracts, osteopenia/osteoporsis, adrenal gland failure, uterine fibroids, and endometrosis... and am currently being worked up for avascualar necrosis....All at the whooping age of 32.....Sometimes I feel like my body is aging in dog years instead of human.

i have and eye disease called keratoconus,  which hasn't been shown to be cf related, but i have suspicions that some meds may have triggered it
