Any update on kalydeco?

Hey guys,
I can't seem to find a definite answer to this. Does anyone know what the lastest update on kalydeco for ddf508 mutation is? I have heard 2014 sometime does anyone know anymore info? Anything would help thank you
I assume you mean Kalydeco with VX809 - the new drug from Vertex Pharmaceuticals that targets the DeltaF508 gene. It is in phase 3 clinical trials at this time and from what I hear meeting all the endpoints.

My understanding is that VX809 would be out 3rd quarter of 2014... definitely looking forward to it.

I am not sure that it's going to be out yet. Some of us may or may not be participating in the trials still.

My 16 year old daughter has been on the trial and starts the Vertex809 the third week of Jan. praying its the answer!
