Anybody have any Belly Bulge cures???

Hi Guys,

I've probably posted my Buddha Belly frustrations before, but I need to ask: Have any of you found any useful tips/supplements/exercises for the infamous belly distention?

I am vigilant with my enzymes, so it's not that. It's been particularly worse lately. It's embarassing, b/c I look so much heavier than I actually am. I have a decent figure, but for about a yr or so, I look a few months pregnant some days.

I wish I could change it! I wish I could feel comfortable in a two piece bathing suit!

Any tips?

I've never found the solution....dance works some times most of the time I just suck it in lol <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

haahha i thought i was like the only person with that problem! i absolutely HATE my stomach its soo unproportioned to my arms! they are like fricken sticks..lmao! yeahh i think that it has gone downa a bit...since my fat just redistributed other places! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> yeahh so i really duno. I also hate that i have a barrel chest which really aggrivates me sumtimes cuz i know im skinny but it just likes to stay at my stomach! rawr~

are you constipated at all christian? that could be whats causing your belly to be big on top of the usual cf big bellyness. the only time mine isnt huge is after ive had 5 sachets of golytely lol!

I tried belly dancing and it actually worked a little for the stomach. and it was suprisingly fun too!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I don't think I could ever eliminate all dairy products.
I've done bellydancing before actually, and I love it. The problem is I hardly have the stamina for it. I studied it for several years when I was younger.
Has anyone else tried fitness? Weights, health classes?
I do them regularly, but one summer I decided I was going to banish my belly. I probably did 5-7 hundred crunches a day. It doesn't matter, though. It doesn't change. So it must be intestinal.
It's so aggrivating. There must be something out there that we could do for this!

Christian....DId you talk to Dr. Walker about it. Even tho you take enzymes religiously, it doesnt mean the problem is connected to them. I usually have a flat stomach....nice & hard to...hubby like its, but if something is up (like real gassy from drinking soda etc) then I get that pregnant look.

Sometimes there's so many issues to address at once, you know. I've been scheduling sinus consuls and surgery, esophagus scopes, genetic counseling, and the ususal maintenance stuff.

Sometimes these other-livable, but annoying- things get put to the back burner.

I am going to bring it up with Walker. I have a feeling it's time to make an enzyme change.
