I've probably posted my Buddha Belly frustrations before, but I need to ask: Have any of you found any useful tips/supplements/exercises for the infamous belly distention?
I am vigilant with my enzymes, so it's not that. It's been particularly worse lately. It's embarassing, b/c I look so much heavier than I actually am. I have a decent figure, but for about a yr or so, I look a few months pregnant some days.
I wish I could change it! I wish I could feel comfortable in a two piece bathing suit!
Any tips?
