Hey ladies and gents,
This has been a question on my mind for a while now and my mom even asked me to post here. From the time I was diagnosed at 6 months up until high school I had this wonderful man for a doctor...Dr. Khaw. He retired now it would be about 14-15 years ago. I am wondering if anyone has heard from him or knows what he up to since retirement. He was fabulous and the last I heard someone maybe thought he was getting alzhiemers. We had a very close knit Botson Marathon Relay Team...yes made up of CFer's and he was a huge part of that. I know some of his other patients stayed in (close) contact with him. Please let me know if you or someone you know has heard from him. I think I remember his goal being to go back to China and sell cars or something...he was an extremely down to earth doctor.
Sidenote: My parents are moving out of the house I grew up in and while I was cleaning out, I found the sweetest note from Dr. Khaw, from his retirement party. I could barely read it without tearing up (although that could also be sadness that my rents are moving!).
Thanks!
