Anyone go on the Cystic-L forum?

I know a few people that use this forum & am still in the process of getting the knowledge of how to use it. I finally got registered which for me was a very confusing process for some reason. Now so far I havent figured anything out. It seems to be solely an email type forum which I really dont like. I like this format better, but I might not have the hang of things. I know Nancy & Don who use to come on here use it & I am hoping someone else does & maybe can give me pointers! Help!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">

I don't like email based forums as much either, but you can read the Cystic-L list via a web browser if you click the "Archive" link from their homepage. You'll have to create a password first, though. And you won't get the smack-dab newest messages that way (there'll be a negligible delay of a few hours, tops).
