Anyone have recipes for nasal irrigation?

Is isotonic saline the name of the recipe or an ingredient? I have really bad sinus congestion as well, is this supposed to clear out all the mucus immediately or through time?

PS does it help with sinus headaches?

Some people swear by sinus rinses to help all manner of sinus problems.

Isotonic saline is the name of the recipe. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I don't have sinus problems but after I rinse, I can definitely say I feel clearer and breathe easier.

Use the search function and look for "neti pot" "neilmed" and "sinus rinse" or "nasal rinse" and you will find a TON of threads about this. Happy rinsing.
