I took Tobi during early pregnancy and Isaac hears just fine. I got my blood levels checked and I wasn't even at the theraputic blood level (8 not sure the unit) I was at a 2. For me it was important to keep my lungs clear so that I could do my daily routine and keep up at exercise class. I would do it again.
