anyone try Vitamin Water?

After reading this post, I ran right out and got some Vitamin Water. It is really good. I got 2 different flavors to start with and I like both.

My question is, is there caffiene in this? I know this might sound dumb, but I drank this before bed and didn't fall asleep until after midnight (rare for me). So I'm wondering if the Vit. H2O was keeping me up or perhaps not.

Also, after I drink it, I have the feeling of fat/lard being in the roof of my mouth (like after eating a greasy donut). Anyone else have this? I'm drinking the orange-orange.

Thanks!
Kelli

I'm not a fan of sweetened beverages, though this isn't very sweet. They used to make "smart water" which was flavored distilled water. No sweetener, which I loved. Especially in the summer, ice cold lime/raspberry flavor.

Kelli,
My best guess is that there isnt caffeine in it. I am wondering if you drank the whole bottle and it may have been sort of a "sugar rush" type of thing even though there isnt a lot of sugar in it.
I never drank the orange flavor so i havent had the feeling of lard/fat on the roof of my mouth ( yuck), i have no idea what that would be. Maybe you should try a different flavor and see if you have better luck with it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I remember a study that was done on the vitamin content in "vitamin water". They found almost nothing in the water that would be any health benefit. I guess it's better than drinking soft-drinks however.
