Anyone use a food dehydrator to make your own snacks?

OK i guess the food dehydrator is out. If there are yeast issues with eating dried fruits i dont think its a good idea with my fungus ball. I guess ill have to find something else ........... Thanks so much for the replys <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I love LOVE my food dehydrator! I could eat beef jerky until the cows come home. But I also make fruit rolls, and I love dried apples, mango, pineapple, and strawberries.
