My brother was diagnosed at NJH last month with adult CF. Besids the gi, bowels/pancreatic insufficiency which they are treating with Creon) he also has extreme neurologic issues. His circulation is messed up...heart rate drops upon standing or even raising his arm above his head...arm just turns white instantly. He also has cognitive function and memorydeficits. They are thinking Parkinsons. ?
Anyone else on this board have both CF and neuro probs? I am wondering how common this is, and how to help figure out what to do for my brother.
