..I am just wondering, how many ppl use it here. I got it the first time in my lifelast week.
Sounds like a good vitamin-medication. I used to take ELEVIT before.

I tried it once, but the vitamin just didn't agree with me. I was 'burping' a vitamin taste all day. I now take SourceCF softgels and they work great! But I know a lot of people who really like the AquaADEK - hope it works good for you <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

i have used both SourceCF and AquaADEKs and didn't notice a difference, really. the only reason i switched is because i couldn't get the SourceCF thru insurance and the AquaADEKs you can order online w/ no prescription and not too awful expensive...

I believe SourceCF has more Vitamin D....something individuals with CF are often low in...(not to mention those without CF)...

I do Aquadeks for around 3 years now! I think they are great if you dont mind the smell! I finally got used to it! Apart from that it is really convinient that my doctor allows me to get two of them at once so i dont have to mind taking them twice a day! My mom says i have very strong nails and very healthy glowing hair due to those vitamins (shes kinda jealous *_*)!!!

I do Aquadeks for around 3 years now! I think they are great if you dont mind the smell! I finally got used to it! It helps to "sandwich" them. That is, eat half your meal, take the AquAdek, then eat the rest of your meal. I had all kinds of problems until I tried this technique.

I took ADEKS the "chewable" kind, but just swallowed them. But also disliked the taste so they switched me to the gel ones you swallow and that taste was DISGUSTING and I think my nutritionist was having a bad day that day because when she asked me and I told her I wasn't taking them cause they tasted bad and left the bad taste in my mouth for hours after taking them she told me "Oh well I guess we'll just have to find you some with BUNNIES on them!" (very sarcastically) . . . . Gotta love people. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Anyways, I was told any vitamins are positive as long as your getting it somehow! I'm taking Prenatal vitamins now and even got a KUDOS on that from my people.
