I've heard many doctors mention to me that most people with CF has a reactive airway component as well. I would say that mine isn't necessarily true asthma, because I just seem to get a little reactive airway thing in cold air and other things. It seems to subside once I remove myself from the irritating factor (and not requiring an inhaler or anything). I do know that a lot of CFers are diagnosed with asthma as well.
