To those of you who know anything about the expanded access program, I have a few questions. When you look on the government site for clinical trial contacts, there are only a few cities to choose from. The closest one for me is about a 7 hour drive. Do you have to go to that center or contact place to participate? If so, how often? Can you be followed at your regular CF clinic? Do I have wrong information, are there more participating centers that I may not be aware of? Thanks for any help.

Ok I will try to answer some of your questions. I am in the Expanded Access Program at MGH in Boston. Not sure if that is listed. I know that during the regular trial someone from a different clinic did participate with MGH. I am NOT SURE if this person had to go to MGH every time or was followed at his or her regular clinic. I would assume the person went to MGH every time, but dont quote me.
