THanks everyone..you have been most helpful. I already downloaded The Ambry forms so that was great..I had no idea that was even available. I guess I took it for granted that they (docs) knew how to order this and they were just as clueless as I was. Yes, this whole process has been very frustrating, however I knew I would find answers here in you wonderful people and thanks...I truly mean it! Hopefully we will get some answers soon!! I feel sooo helpless...if it is this dreadful disease it is only prolonging her treatment. Thanks again!! Melissa
