DS has been on a combination of atrovent and albuterol since he was a baby. It's my understanding that one of them lasts longer than the other -- one deals with the small airways... It's been 4 1/2 years since the doctor mentioned his reasons for both.

Yep, Duoneb is the brand name -- prepackaged. We use albuterol in the brown bottle and mix it with the atrovent vials, which are premixed with saline.
