Heh life is all about sunchronicity too. Doing a round I was walking by the cubicle farms, and one of the phone chicks, RIGHT when I was walking by her cubicle, RIGHT when I was thinking of this, said "is there anything else I can do for you today?" and I actually giggled out loud (GOL'd?).
Nah but seriously, i'm not inherantly a mean person. I don't hide hidden rage with sarcasm or whatever. I, like others can get angry in real life, and am capable of snapping and becoming violent in real life, but this isn't "real life", and certainly one shouldn't let things off the net bother you. I've let things off the net actually get to me maybe 2 or 3 times in my entire life.
If anything, i'm guilty of toying with people. I get accused of it in real life here and there. It's like, "Are you my type? Let's see". How do you think I have gotten along so well with people like Jane, Amy, Liz, and several others? Same principle. Other times I just shake my head and ask myself "Now I wonder if they asked themself that before they typed it first" or something equivalent.
As per this instance in particular, she was asking questions about a ficticious organization, questions I couldn't answer. I honestly didn't want to bring up where it came from. To me it was so painfully blatantly obviously a goof that noone could not see it as such. I never claimed to be as care bear as many others, but I will say I am not mean. If someone sincerely needs help or asks something I can help with and know about, I help them. On the other hand, if someone sees my sig (something if I was brand new I would know was silly and BS btw) and posts their own thread, in all caps to boot, asking what our members in our ficticious organization stand for...Is that not too ripe of a target not to answer in a silly fashion? Sorry, it's just way too tempting for me and my personality to be goofy/sarcastic with.
If that makes me a vile evil "Fat kid with internal issues", heh, I guess. Whatever. It's the internet, learn to chill out. Realize that if you step onto the playground and see another kid sitting on the swingset wearing a Def Leppard t-shirt, and you are new, and state "You like Def Leppard huh?", well 3 of the 5 kids might say "Yeah he likes Def Leppard", the 4th might just look at you and wonder why you didn't notice that already, while the 5th kid might say what the 4th kid is feeling. That doesn't make him mean.
My example is not describing what just took place, it's discussing what often takes place on here, and the social dynamics of what often results, which turns into a usual drama poo fight. Which is almost always started by an estrogen based lifeform BTW (and i'm going to start counting to make it official)...And no hate on the ladies, but i'm thinkin you girls really dig the online drama.
