Yay for good PFTs!

If you want a log in - you could always create an email address with Yahoo or Hotmail for free, and just use it for "spam" uses (signing up on forums, buying stuff online, etc)

Good tip Michelle, I might do that email thing.

Carrie, you go to St. Vincent's? How long have you been there? I love them!

I guess I've been doing some things differently. I've been in psycho therapy for 2 yrs now. When I'm more comfortable, I may go in to some more details. Anyway, I started at St. vincent's a yr ago and therapy was pretty much at it's worst. When you're very depressed, physical health sometmes takes a back seat. So, in the past 6 months, I've made SO SO SO much emotional progress, gotten over alot of stuff, and just decided that I wanted better. I wanted to be happy. And one of those realizations was with my CF health. I've really been much more vigilant in taking care of myself, therapies, ect.

And, as far as other stuff, I've been taking Glutathione, and I notice a big difference. However, after some research on Glut I found about something called NAC, which is a building block of white blood cells, and basically DNA. This NAC pretty much is the component of the glutathione which our bodies naturally produce. So, I decided to take it. Then this summer, the CF conference talked about NAC and the benefits of it, and how some docs are using it. So, the Glut helps, but I've noticed big improvements with taking NAC with it. WAY less colds, infections, and more energy. It definately has built up my immune system.

Hope someone can use this!
