Yes! I used to be on it MWF and it totally jacked up my stomach - I would have cramping and diarrhea all the time. It basically gave me IBS. It did help my CF, but made the rest of me so miserable it wasn't worth it so my doctor took me off it after about 6 months.

Zpack I believe is a 5 day dose of zithromax (brand name), which I've gotten when I've had bronchitis. Whereas they now have generic azithromycin, which is what DS uses.
