This may be a dumb question but does Azithromycin help things other than sinus and lung inflammation?

I was on it for about two months and stopped it last week due to potential thrush. While I was on it, my sinuses were awesome, I had very little pain/pressure. I stopped it last week and my sinus pain is back with a vengance...but so is my wrist pain. I was wondering if the med would help minor arthritic inflammation AS WELL AS in the sinuses and lungs.

I am going to try and hold off going back on it until my clinic on May 12 to see if my doctor notices a difference in the whiteness of my tongue...but I definitely want to go back on it.

What do you all think?

I notice that my sinuses are clear while on Zithro too. But my stomach hurts when I take it so not sure if I am going to continue with it and I can never remember to take the darn pill. Ugh.
