well I just have to say that I am NOT giving up my steaming hot shower... If Im going to be alive damn it Im going to have HOT showers....guess Ill have to up the treatments. (of course I have already cultured a mac bacteria so why am I worried, right?)

There is some thought that having a metal showerhead may help-the bacteria have a harder time sticking to the metal. They also make charcoal filters for shower heads-I don't know if they help.
