Bedtime in Hospital--??

We stick to our usual at-home routine in the hospital. Homework and everything. Actually, at admit, they ask us what our usual schedule is and then do whatever it takes to stick to it.
I get the docs to order no vitals overnight. The interruption of sleep is a big deal IMO. Sometimes someone not experienced tries to do something different, but I gently refuse to deviate. ; )

A note on the door works great.. for adults and kids alike. Yeah, they should honor your wishes.. no doubt.
