Jenny-my perinatologist had me do TOBI nebs then did a peak and trough and the levels were near undetectable so it was deemed safe to continue on. If you are going to need to know that kind of info it would be best to contact a doctor asap as you dont want to discontinue something keeping you healhty and then end up ill in beginning of pregnancy. Just my 2 cents
