Hello all, just an update on the bike run i done from london to paris, it was a success!!! i managed to bike 316 miles (over 500Km) it was hard work but i managed! it was over 4 days and it was brilliant. enjoyed every min of it, thanks to everyone that wished me luck! thanks again. we also raised £3500 (about $6900) it was gr8.

That is GREAT! Coming from someone who hasn't ridden a bike in about 35 years, I can appreciate how much that must have taken in order to do it. I'm very impressed!

That is excellent. I just bought myself my first road bike for my 31st birthday. I can't imagine working myself up to that many miles in one day. I am more of a runner than a biker, but wanted to get into this as well.
