Count me in favor of a seperate section. It is pretty annoying to go into off-topic and sort through the birthdays, sometimes having to go to the next page to find something I actually want to read. It is rather discouraging...

On a another fourm I visited recently (not cf-related, go-kart racing, actually) they had listed the members' birthdays right on the "front page." It listed birthdays for the week, ages, and, if you clicked on a name, it automatically let your PM them with a birthday wish. I though it was pretty cool! Maybe that's an option?

That sounds like a good idea too Tami, I dont visit the off topic section often but if it was anything like it was on the Adult section then I think the birthdays should have their own category it would be the best. Now arent you somethin Fred?
